The Comprehensive Guide to Registration
It is our intent to make your visit to Weikersheim as agreeable as possible.
Once we have all information from you, just lean back and let us do the rest.
In order to achieve that aim, we ask your comprehension for the detailled registration form. Of any information to the AGA we prepared some downloads. please have a look below.
The Timeline
An early registration process will serve both you and us to getting the optimal preparation. Also book your flight/train early in order to secure lower travel costs. Please notice the following time-line:
- 29 February–15 April – (payment received) -30 € (please deduce from payment)
- 15 April–31 May – (payment received) normal fee
- 31 May - 30 June (payment received) +30 € (please add to payment)
- 31 May – cancellation deadline. Thereafter we’ll charge 50 €, if not another participant is registered to substitute the cancelled one.
- 31 May – cancellation deadline for tourist program. Thereafter charges will be due (see below)
- 30 June – registration deadline.
The Registration Form
Obtain the registration form and fill in completely on your computer. Each person is to fill in a separate form. Red-rimmed boxes are obligatory; you can only save/send the document, if they have been served.
- Please tick „Delegate“ (=admission to the AGA) or „Accompanying Person“ (=private companion) Remember that a National Member Section’s delegation may comprise 3 persons. You are invited and expected to send young delegates!
Please reward young delegates in sending them to the mu:v Camp 20 – 24 July! - Delegate, please tell us the name of your section’s chairperson to confirm your status.
- If delegates are other than the organisations chairperson, please also fill in PROXY 1, and send attached via mail/fax.
- If somebody is accompanying you, please indicate this person’s name. If you know whom you’re gonna share a room with, please indicate this person’s name.
- If you need a visa, tick the box and tell us, what you need from JMD in order to get to your visa.
- Please tell us your arrival and departure day and the place of the airport or train station. More precise arrival/departure times we will ask from you later on.
- Tick the participation option you choose (see page „booking options“). Only one option is tickable.
- Then, the registration form for the AGA is done.
Your registration will be validated once your payment has been received on JMI bank account. To delegates under 30 years, from economically disadvantaged and distant countries a bursary is being offered by JMI. Use bursary application form.

The Tourist Packages
If you choose to prolong your visit to Germany, you may
- select one of the tourist packages. Only one option is tickable.
- If you choose Berlin, please indicate, if you want to see the concert of „Bundesjugendorchester“. Do not add the ticket price to your payment
- Here, the booking of the tourist package has been done.
Please note that your sales partner is „routenfüchse – Agentur für Reise und Events", Brigitte Baldes, Windmühlenhof 1, D–53340 Meckenheim. The contract will be effected after final confirmation of your participation by „routenfüchse“.
Your booking will be reserved once your payment has been received on „routenfüchse“ bank account.

You will receive an invoice for your files once the confirmation has been made.
If for any circumstances your tour might not be confirmed, you will be duely informed. You then have the choice to switch to the alternative tour. In this case, the difference between prices will be balanced in chash. If your tour is cancelled and no alternative possible, you get your payment refunded. Cancellations of a booked and confirmed tour by the participant without having a substitute will be charged with 15% after the 31 May 2012, with 30% 30 June, with 50% after 15 July, with 70% after 22 July and 90% after 28 July.
